Thunder Bay is the most populous municipality in Northwestern Ontario. Vickers Street is in the south part of Thunder Bay. The city takes its name from the immense Thunder Bay at the head of Lake Superior, known on 18th-century French maps as Baie du Tonnerre (Bay of Thunder).

Parry Sound is located on the eastern shores of Georgian Bay, just off Hwy 400. Parry Sound enjoys being located in the desirable, vacationer’s paradise: the Muskoka region.

Kenora is a small city situated on the Lake of the Woods in Northwestern Ontario, close to the Manitoba boundary, and about 200 km east of Winnipeg. The name, “Kenora”, was coined by combining the first two letters of Keewatin, Norman and Rat Portage.

Fort Frances is a town in Northwestern Ontario. Located on the international border with the United States where Rainy Lake narrows to become Rainy River, it is connected to International Falls, Minnesota, by the Fort Frances–International Falls International Bridge. The town is the third largest community of Northwestern Ontario after Thunder Bay and Kenora.

Located just off Hwy 400, approximately 80 kms north of Toronto at Hwy 89, Alliston is a growing town and bedroom community which was originally settled in 1821.

Owen Sound is approximately 190 kms NNW of Toronto in southwestern Ontario. It is located at the mouths of the Pottawatomi and Sydenham Rivers on an inlet of Georgian Bay. Once a notorious sea port, today it is a quiet, small city (21,000) and an attractive destination for retired seniors.
